Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS) The official website of the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools (CGFNS). If you are a foreign educated nurse and wish to become a Registered Nurse in the United States, this site is an important first step. Here you can find out about the CGFNS certification and testing programs. You will need to contact your state Board of Nursing to determine if the CGFNS is required before you can take the NCLEX®. The Martin Review is not affiliated with the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools. Great source for nursing books and materials, they also publish the American Journal of Nursing and other Nursing publications. Many of Dr. Martin’s preferred textbooks can be purchased through this site if you cannot find them at your local medical bookstore. |
